Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Medicodehub (“Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Plans: Pricing and features are listed on the Pricing page.
Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current term.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Downgrades/Upgrades: Changes take effect immediately; prorated charges may apply.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Medicodehub solely for lawful medical-coding, billing, and revenue-cycle tasks. You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, or sublicense the Service;
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Upload PHI without appropriate authorizations or outside HIPAA-compliant workflows;
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or payer policies.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., denial notes, payer data). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All Medicodehub software, branding, and content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Medicodehub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. HIPAA & Data Security
Medicodehub is built on Supabase with end-to-end encryption and role-level access controls. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) upon request for U.S. covered entities.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medicodehub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Medicodehub harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Cebu City, Philippines unless prohibited by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
